Elton Mayo and Administration!!

HI!!  In my second publication I told you about my career "Public Administration" and now I want to talk about a person very important in the History of Administration, I suppose  that you heard about him, he is a sociologist called Elton Mayo (1880-1949). He was and is known for his studies about the organization of behaviour that includes studies of  the "worker's logic of feelings" and other studies that talk about the logic of cost and efficiency of management that could lead to conflict in organizations; the studies realized for Elton Mayo had a dramatic effect in the administrative thought because he was the first author that considered to the workers as persons and no robots, he includes concepts like Motivation, Recognition, Labour Satisfaction. Today his name is associated with the School of Human Relations, the last year  I had a subject called "Teoría de la Organización" and I studied about many theories so I found this author, I think that Elton Mayo is an author who broke the barriers and left the paradigm called "scientific organization".
